The HCR-8 full hydraulic core drilling rig is a highly efficient and multifunctional full hydraulic core drilling rig developed based on the research and development, production, and user feedback of the HYDX series full hydraulic core drilling rig. This machine is suitable for working in harsh environments such as plains, hilly areas, high temperatures, and extreme cold. It is mainly suitable for the exploration of metal and non-metallic solid deposits, coalbed methane, natural gas, hydrological wells, geothermal wells, mining tunnels, ventilation and drainage holes, and engineering rescue construction. It is widely used in industries such as geology, coal, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, petroleum, hydrology, engineering, etc., mainly using diamond and hard alloy drilling to meet the needs of rope core drilling One of the high-performance drilling equipment required for multifunctional drilling such as top drive drilling.
1. Fully hydraulic drive, steel track walking, combined mast, power machine, main and auxiliary winches, mud pump and other integrated arrangements, compact structure, flexible and convenient centralized control.
2 The hydraulic system adopts pilot control, load sensing, and a combination of electric and hydraulic proportional centralized operation control, and can be optionally equipped with a support device.
3 The power head adopts a cylinder chain double speed structure for feeding and lifting, with a lifting force of 295kN and a feeding force of 152kN
4. The main shaft rotation of the power head is driven by dual motors, supplemented by a three-speed mechanical gearbox. The maximum torque output of the main shaft reaches 7200 N.m (170 rpm), effectively meeting the efficient construction requirements of high-speed and high torque.
5. The power head adopts a hydraulic motor rack and pinion translation device, which makes the spindle deviate from the drilling hole, making it convenient for rope centering and other machinery construction.
6. The front end of the mast is equipped with a clamping and unloading device, which facilitates the up and down operation of the drill pipe, reduces the operator's labor intensity, and improves work efficiency.
7. The upper and lower workbenches are convenient for operators to operate.
8. The orifice is equipped with a hydraulic clamp and a guide.
