1. Scope of application: Type 70 pneumatic down-the-hole drilling rig is a new type of high-efficiency rock drilling equipment designed by our factory for water conservancy projects and building materials sites. It is widely used in rock formations of open pit mines, water conservancy projects and construction projects. Large-diameter deep hole, which combines the advantages of various small-scale down-the-hole drilling rigs at home and abroad, is an ideal equipment that is light in weight, convenient in transportation and movement, simple in operation, and popular among users.

2. Features:
(1) Applicable type of down-hole impact with high rock drilling efficiency.
(2) With compressed air as the power source, the power is single, safe and reliable.
(3)Simple structure, easy to use, short auxiliary time and light weight

3. Working principle
The rig is a machine that uses compressed air as the power to convert compressed air
power into mechanical force to break the rock. The rig is equipped with an impactor
and a bit. During the working process, the piston of the impactor continuously
impacts the tail. The alloy teeth on the bit continually impact the rock, and the
rotating torque generated by the reducer causes the drilling tool to rotate and propel
the axial force generated by the cylinder. Drill holes into the drill.

4. Structural characteristics
The 70 type down-the-hole drilling rig is composed of a dynamic bearing mechanism,
a speed reducer, a pneumatic motor, a propulsion cylinder, an impactor, an oil mister
and a pneumatic control valve.

5. The operating procedures
(1) Transportation preparation work
(1) After the drilling rig is transported to the construction site, inspect the components
and whether the parts are defective or not, and then assemble and refuel.
(2) First, the two front legs of the carriage are located at the working position, and the
support rod is adjusted to determine the angle of the carriage.
(3) Before connecting the motor and the hose, the hose should be carefully cleaned.
The pipeline valve can be opened for a few seconds, and the foreign matter in the
hose is blown off with compressed air.
(4) Check whether the bolts are tightly connected, whether the pipelines are firmly
connected, and there is no leakage or oil leakage.
(5) Install an appropriate amount of 30# oil in the oil mister.
(6) The handles of the pneumatic control valve are all placed in the "stop" position.
After the preparation is completed, the no-load test can be carried out.

6. Work procedures
(1) opening
Raise the reducer to the upper limit position, tighten the drill rod, and then turn on the
air motor. After the normal load is normal, slowly open the engine to advance the
cylinder, place the drill head on the working surface, close the propulsion cylinder,
and then open the impactor and drill. Progress. When the drill head is drilled to about
100 mm, the drill will always maintain a certain propulsive force. Pay attention to
observe whether the oil mister supplies oil and adjust the oil supply.
(2) Install rod
After drilling the first drill pipe, stop the movement of the air motor, close the
impactor to stop feeding, set the reducer to the lower limit position, fix the drill pipe
in the clamp with a fork, reverse the reducer, and make the drill The rod is disengaged
from the joint on the reducer. Then raise the reducer to the upper limit position and
insert it into the second drill pipe. After the connection is secure, the drilling operation
can be performed.
(3) Unloading rod
When the drill pipe is drilled into contact with the loader, the rotation is stopped, and
a special round bar is inserted into the hole on the outer side of the unloader, and the
unloader is rotated to make the second flat groove at the end of the drill pipe be
aligned. The rectangular groove of the device, inserting the fork, reversing the motor,
disengaging the joint on the reducer from the drill pipe, and adjusting the first flat
groove on the tail end of the drill pipe to the rectangular groove of the forward
unloader, inserting Another fork, then remove the fork in the card holder and let the
unloader and the other fork drive the drill rod back. (The motor can be moved slowly
and can not be reversed.) When the second flat groove at the end of the next drill pipe
is aligned with the rectangular groove of the fastener, insert the fork and reverse the
motor to make the upper and lower drill pipes After the coupling thread is disengaged,
take the upper drill rod, slowly lower the reducer, and align the rectangular groove of
the unloader to the first flat groove at the end of the next drill pipe, and then repeat the
above actions, in turn Remove the drill pipe.

7. Operational precautions
(1) The operator must be trained and familiar with the operation method before
operating independently.
(2) The operating valve must be placed in the "stop" position before the compressed
air (ie, air supply) is turned on.
(3) The rig must be supported firmly before starting work to prevent the rig from
falling to the ground.
(4) During the feeding process, it is strictly forbidden to open and push the cylinder
suddenly and quickly to avoid jacking up the rig and causing an accident.
(5) Always check the lubrication of the air motor.
(6) Always check the connection of each pipe, nut, joint, etc. at any time.
(7) Reverse rotation is not allowed during drilling to avoid tripping of the drill pipe.
(8) During the operation of the drilling rig, it should be noted that the sound andmechanical movement of the impactor are normal. If abnormal phenomena are found,
the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
(9) When adding the drill pipe, pay special attention to the cleaning inside the hole to
avoid the damage caused by the sand mixed into the internal damage.
