Reverse Circulation(RC) Drilling Rig is a drilling machinery that uses pump suction and slag discharge method. Its working principle is to crush soil and rock and transport them out of the surface through high-frequency vibration and cutting force of the drill bit. During specific operation, the drill bit vibrates and rotates under the drive of the driving device, cutting and crushing soil and rock. At the same time, the circulation system will transport the cut soil and rock back to the surface through a mixture of high-pressure water flow and air, thus completing the drilling operation.
Features:
1.Adopting Yuchai/Weichai turbocharged engines, fully hydraulic driven by axial piston pumps and triple gear pumps, the system has high pressure and strong power output.
2.The power head adopts a mechanical two-stage stepless speed regulation design, which doubles the low-speed torque and ensures smooth and reliable drilling. The power head is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism, making it easy to lift and release drilling tools. Equipped with Beijing Huade oblique axis plunger motor drive, it has a tight structure, small volume, high power, impact resistance, long service life, and high torque, greatly improving drilling efficiency.
